Mackie Consultants, LLC has worked with numerous governmental and permitting agencies providing assistance with project reviews, training, civil engineering and surveying services.  Our staff is experienced in the requirements of projects that are funded at the federal and state level.  We are IDOT Pre-qualified in Phase 1 design services.
